Welcome to NextGen Knowledge Hub, based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the NextGen Knowledge Hub website and your participation in our online training programmes, workshops, research consultancy services, and other services offered through our website.

By accessing our website, registering for a programme, submitting a service request, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

NextGen Knowledge Hub provides online professional training, workshops, research consultancy, research support, library and information science training, and related educational and professional development services.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website or purchasing/registering for any service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or register for our services.

3. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading purposes;

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or data;

interfere with the operation or security of the website;

impersonate another individual or organization;

submit false or misleading registration information;

copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission; or

4. Online Training and Workshops

All training programmes and workshops offered by NextGen Knowledge Hub are conducted online, unless a particular programme is expressly stated otherwise.

Programme details, including the title, schedule, duration, fees, learning objectives, registration requirements, and delivery method, will be provided on the relevant programme page or registration information.

NextGen Knowledge Hub reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify the programme schedule, trainer, session arrangements, or other programme details. Where a significant change occurs, registered participants will be informed through the contact details provided during registration.

5. Registration

Participants must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a programme or service.

The participant is responsible for ensuring that the registered email address and other contact information are correct.

Registration may require successful completion of the applicable payment process. A registration is considered confirmed only after NextGen Knowledge Hub has received the required payment and/or issued confirmation of registration.

Participants must not register using another person's identity or provide false information.

6. Fees and Payments

Programme and service fees will be displayed or communicated before payment.

NextGen Knowledge Hub currently accepts payments through available payment methods including PhonePe and PayPal.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that payment information submitted to the applicable payment provider is accurate.

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not store complete payment-card information or payment credentials that are processed directly by the applicable payment provider.

Where applicable, payment-provider terms and conditions may also apply to the transaction.

7. Training Materials

Training materials provided as part of a registered programme are included for the educational use of the registered participant.

These materials may include, where applicable:

presentation materials;

documents;

handouts;

learning resources;

templates;

reference materials; and

other educational resources provided by NextGen Knowledge Hub.

Materials are not sold separately unless expressly stated otherwise.

Registered participants may download materials made available to them using the registered email/account access provided for the programme.

Participants must not, without prior written permission from NextGen Knowledge Hub:

share materials with non-registered persons;

forward or distribute materials to others;

upload materials to public websites or social-media platforms;

resell or commercially exploit the materials;

reproduce the materials for commercial purposes;

provide another person with their course access credentials; or

otherwise redistribute the materials outside the permitted educational use.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in termination of access to the programme and/or other appropriate action.

8. Course Recordings

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not sell training or workshop recordings as a separate product.

Unless a particular programme expressly states otherwise, participants should not assume that session recordings will be provided.

9. Attendance and Course Completion

Participants are responsible for attending the online sessions for which they have registered and for fulfilling any completion or attendance requirements communicated for the programme.

Registration and payment alone do not constitute successful completion of a course.

A participant who does not meet the applicable completion or attendance requirements may not be eligible to receive a certificate.

10. Certificates

Where a certificate is offered for a particular programme, it will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the applicable course or programme requirements.

A certificate will not be issued solely because a participant has registered or paid for a programme.

Participants who remain absent or otherwise fail to fulfil the stated completion requirements will not be eligible for the certificate.

Certificates are issued once upon successful completion, subject to the applicable programme requirements.

A certificate of participation or completion does not, by itself, represent a university degree, academic qualification, professional licence, government qualification, or accreditation unless such status is expressly stated for the particular programme.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

NextGen Knowledge Hub follows its separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Subject to the applicable refund policy, eligible participants may receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Where a bank, payment provider, or financial institution has imposed a genuine and non-recoverable transaction charge, only the actual amount of such charge may be deducted from the refund.

No arbitrary administrative or cancellation charge will be imposed where the participant is otherwise entitled to a full refund.

The applicable refund procedure and processing timelines will be described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Research Consultancy and Research Support

NextGen Knowledge Hub may provide research consultancy, research support, training, methodological guidance, literature review assistance, bibliometric/scientometric support, data analysis support, research writing guidance, publication-related support, and related professional services.

The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions, and responsibilities for a consultancy project may be agreed separately with the client.

Where a separate written quotation, proposal, service agreement, or project confirmation is provided, that document will also form part of the agreement between NextGen Knowledge Hub and the client.

13. Academic Integrity and Client Responsibility

Research consultancy and academic support services are intended to provide professional guidance and assistance.

The client/researcher remains responsible for:

the accuracy of information and data supplied to NextGen Knowledge Hub;

obtaining required institutional, ethical, or other approvals;

the originality and integrity of their research;

appropriate acknowledgement and authorship;

verification of research findings and references;

compliance with their institution's academic policies; and

the final use and submission of any research work.

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not guarantee that any research output will be accepted by a particular university, journal, publisher, conference, funding body, indexing database, or other institution.

14. No Guarantee of Publication or Academic Outcome

Research consultancy and publication-support services do not guarantee:

journal acceptance;

publication;

peer-review outcomes;

Scopus or Web of Science indexing;

a particular citation count;

research funding;

institutional approval;

academic examination results;

degree completion; or

any particular academic or professional outcome.

Editorial, peer-review, institutional, publisher, funding, and indexing decisions are controlled by independent third parties.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all original website content, branding, logos, graphics, training materials, educational resources, templates, videos, text, designs, and other materials created or supplied by NextGen Knowledge Hub remain the intellectual property of NextGen Knowledge Hub or its respective licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of NextGen Knowledge Hub's intellectual property to a participant or client.

Permission to use materials for the specific educational or consultancy purpose for which they were provided does not constitute transfer of ownership.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, websites, platforms, payment providers, video platforms, social-media platforms, or other external resources.

Third-party services operate according to their own terms and privacy policies.

NextGen Knowledge Hub is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or policies of independent third-party websites or services.

17. Artificial Intelligence and Technology

Some NextGen Knowledge Hub training programmes or services may involve artificial intelligence tools or other technology-based research tools.

AI-generated information may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccurate references. Users and researchers should independently verify important information before relying upon or submitting AI-assisted content.

Participants remain responsible for complying with applicable institutional policies, publisher requirements, academic-integrity standards, and other relevant requirements concerning the use of artificial intelligence.

18. Confidentiality

Where clients provide information or documents for a research consultancy or other professional service, NextGen Knowledge Hub will take reasonable measures to handle such information appropriately.

Clients should not submit passwords, payment credentials, highly sensitive personal information, or information that they are not legally authorised to share.

Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement is required, the parties may enter into such an agreement separately.

19. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website and online services available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet or hosting issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Knowledge Hub will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including failures of internet services, payment providers, third-party platforms, or other external systems.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Continued use of the website after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
