Billing & Payments

Payment Policy

Effective Date: 25 August 2026 Entity: NextGen Knowledge Hub Jurisdiction: India

Overview & Scope

Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment arrangements applicable to training programmes, workshops, and other services provided by NextGen Knowledge Hub.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Registration & Enrollment Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Business Information

Business Name: NextGen Knowledge HubLocation: Thane, Maharashtra, IndiaMSME/Udyam Registration No.: UDYAM-MH-33-0671081Email: nextgenkh2025@gmail.comPhone: +91 92429 68035

2. Accepted Payment Methods

NextGen Knowledge Hub currently accepts payments through:

PhonePe

PayPal

The payment method available for a particular programme or service will be communicated or displayed on the relevant registration or payment page.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may introduce or discontinue payment methods from time to time.

3. Programme and Service Fees

The applicable fee for a training programme, workshop, or other service will be communicated or displayed before payment.

The participant is responsible for paying the full applicable amount unless a different payment arrangement has been expressly agreed in writing by NextGen Knowledge Hub.

Any applicable discount or promotional price will be subject to the terms communicated with that offer.

4. When Is Payment Considered Confirmed?

Payment is considered successfully received only when the full applicable payment amount has actually been credited to the designated NextGen Knowledge Hub payment account and the transaction has been verified by NextGen Knowledge Hub.

Participants may be required to send the payment receipt or transaction confirmation generated by PhonePe or PayPal.

However, a payment screenshot, receipt, transaction ID, payment-success notification, bank message, or other evidence provided by a participant does not by itself constitute confirmation of payment.

NextGen Knowledge Hub reserves the right to independently verify every payment.

A participant's registration will be considered confirmed only after:

the participant has submitted the relevant payment information or receipt, where requested; and

the full applicable payment amount has actually been credited to and verified in the NextGen Knowledge Hub payment account.

Until both conditions are satisfied, the registration remains pending and unconfirmed.

5. Payment Screenshots and Receipts

Participants may be asked to provide a genuine payment receipt or transaction confirmation generated by the relevant payment provider.

Participants must not alter, edit, manipulate, fabricate, or otherwise misrepresent payment receipts, screenshots, transaction details, or other payment evidence.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may verify the transaction independently through its own payment records.

The amount actually credited to the NextGen Knowledge Hub account will be treated as the authoritative basis for determining whether payment has been received.

6. Partial or Incomplete Payments

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, partial payment does not constitute completed payment or confirmed registration.

For example, if the programme fee is ₹500 but only ₹1 is actually credited to the NextGen Knowledge Hub account, the ₹500 programme fee will be treated as unpaid/incomplete.

The participant must pay the outstanding amount before the registration can be confirmed.

Similarly, if a participant provides evidence showing a payment of ₹499 but only ₹1 is actually credited to our account, the ₹499 payment will not be treated as received until the amount is successfully credited and verified.

7. Pending, Failed, Reversed, or Unverified Payments

A payment may appear as successful, completed, pending, or processed in a participant's payment application or bank account while the corresponding funds have not yet been received by NextGen Knowledge Hub.

Where the required payment has not actually been credited to our account, the registration will remain pending.

This may occur because of:

payment-provider processing delays;

bank processing delays;

failed or reversed transactions;

incorrect payment details;

technical issues;

payment disputes;

payment-provider restrictions; or

other transaction-related circumstances.

Participants should contact their bank or payment provider where necessary to resolve such issues.

NextGen Knowledge Hub is not required to provide programme access, training materials, attendance eligibility, or other registration benefits until the full applicable payment has been received and verified.

8. Registration Is Not Confirmed by Submission of a Receipt

Sending a payment receipt to NextGen Knowledge Hub does not automatically confirm a participant's seat.

Participants should wait for confirmation from NextGen Knowledge Hub before considering their registration final.

A participant who has submitted a receipt but whose payment has not yet been verified may not be admitted to the programme until payment has been confirmed.

9. Payment Verification and Registration Cancellation

If the required payment cannot be verified or the full payment amount is not received within a reasonable period, NextGen Knowledge Hub may:

keep the registration pending;

request additional payment information;

request payment of an outstanding balance;

cancel the pending registration; or

deny access to the programme.

Where registration is cancelled because the required payment was not actually received, the participant will not be entitled to programme access or a certificate.

10. Fraudulent, False, or Misleading Payment Evidence

NextGen Knowledge Hub takes payment fraud and misrepresentation seriously.

Providing or submitting false, altered, manipulated, fabricated, or misleading payment evidence may result in:

cancellation or rejection of the registration;

denial or suspension of programme access;

denial of access to training materials;

cancellation of any pending enrolment;

cancellation of access that was granted before the payment discrepancy was discovered;

withholding of a certificate where applicable; and

further action where appropriate or permitted by applicable law.

Where there is a reasonable concern regarding the authenticity or status of a payment, NextGen Knowledge Hub may request additional information or independently verify the transaction.

11. Unauthorised or Disputed Transactions

If a participant believes that a payment has been made without their authorisation, they should immediately contact NextGen Knowledge Hub and the relevant bank or payment provider.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may request reasonable information or documentation necessary to investigate the transaction.

Where a payment is disputed, reversed, charged back, or otherwise withdrawn after programme access has been provided, NextGen Knowledge Hub may suspend the associated registration or access until the matter is resolved.

12. Payment Provider Charges

Payments made through PhonePe, PayPal, or another payment provider may be subject to the provider's own terms, processing procedures, currency-conversion arrangements, or transaction charges.

Where an eligible refund is due under our Cancellation & Refund Policy, only an actual, non-recoverable transaction charge imposed by the bank or payment provider may be deducted from the refund.

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not impose an additional arbitrary cancellation or administrative fee on an eligible refund.

13. Duplicate Payments

If a participant accidentally makes more than one payment for the same programme or service, they should contact NextGen Knowledge Hub promptly.

After the transactions have been verified, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Any actual, non-recoverable transaction charge imposed by the payment provider or bank may be deducted where applicable.

14. Payment Receipts and Records

Participants should retain their payment receipt, transaction reference, or other payment documentation for their records.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may retain payment and transaction information for purposes including:

payment verification;

registration administration;

accounting and financial records;

tax and legal compliance;

dispute resolution;

fraud prevention; and

protection of legitimate business interests.

Payment-related personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Currency and Currency Conversion

The applicable currency for a particular programme or service will be communicated before payment.

Where PayPal or another payment provider performs currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and conversion charges may be determined by that payment provider.

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not control exchange rates or third-party currency-conversion charges.

16. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the NextGen Knowledge Hub Cancellation & Refund Policy.

For online training programmes and workshops:

cancellation must normally be requested at least two (2) hours before the scheduled programme start time;

eligible cancellations receive a full refund;

no refund is provided once the programme has started;

no refund is provided after the programme has been completed; and

exceptional last-minute requests may be considered where there is a genuine and valid reason.

Where an eligible refund is approved, only an actual, non-recoverable transaction charge imposed by the relevant bank or payment provider may be deducted.

17. Research Consultancy Payments

Research consultancy, research support, data analysis, literature review, bibliometric/scientometric services, research writing support, and other individually commissioned professional services may be subject to separate:

quotations;

proposals;

invoices;

payment schedules; or

service agreements.

The payment and refund terms applicable to such services will be communicated separately where appropriate.

The online training refund provisions do not automatically apply to individually commissioned consultancy services.

18. Changes to This Payment Policy

NextGen Knowledge Hub may update this Payment Policy when payment methods, payment systems, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable “Last Updated” date.
