participation requirements; and

certificate eligibility requirements.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and access to the required online platform.

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Depending on the programme, registration information may include:

full name;

registered email address;

mobile/telephone number;

institution or organisation;

professional or academic information; and

other information reasonably required for programme administration.

Participants must ensure that the information provided is accurate.

NextGen Knowledge Hub is not responsible for problems arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a participant, including an incorrect email address that prevents access to programme information or materials.

4. Registered Email Address

The email address provided during registration is considered the participant's registered email address.

This email address may be used for:

registration confirmation;

programme-related communication;

access to authorised training materials;

attendance or completion records;

certificate-related communication; and

other programme administration.

Participants should use an email address that they regularly access.

Participants must not register another person's email address without appropriate authorisation.

5. Registration Confirmation

Submitting a registration form does not by itself guarantee enrolment.

Where payment is required, registration will normally be confirmed after successful receipt or verification of the applicable programme fee.

Participants may receive registration or payment confirmation through email or another communication channel provided during registration.

If a payment has been made but registration confirmation has not been received within a reasonable period, the participant should contact NextGen Knowledge Hub using the official contact details.

6. Programme Fees and Payment

The applicable programme fee will be communicated or displayed before registration/payment.

NextGen Knowledge Hub currently accepts payments through available payment methods including:

PhonePe

PayPal

Participants are responsible for completing the payment process accurately.

Payment confirmation may be subject to verification by the relevant payment provider.

Where a payment is unsuccessful, participants should not assume that their registration has been confirmed.

7. Training Materials

Where training materials are included with a programme, they are provided as part of the participant's registered access to that programme.

Training materials are not sold separately.

Registered participants may access and download the materials made available to them using the registered email address or authorised account access.

The materials are intended for the registered participant's personal educational use.

Participants must not, without prior written permission from NextGen Knowledge Hub:

share the materials with non-registered persons;

distribute the materials through email, messaging applications, social media, websites, cloud links, or other channels;

upload the materials to public or private repositories for access by others;

sell or commercially distribute the materials;

reproduce the materials for commercial purposes;

provide their programme access to another person; or

otherwise circumvent access restrictions.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in suspension or termination of access and may lead to further action where appropriate.

8. Course Recordings

NextGen Knowledge Hub does not sell training or workshop recordings.

Unless expressly stated in the programme description or communicated to registered participants, participants should not assume that recordings of live sessions will be provided.

9. Attendance

Participants are responsible for attending the online sessions for which they have registered.

Where a programme specifies attendance or completion requirements, participants must fulfil those requirements to be considered eligible for successful completion.

Technical problems, personal commitments, or other circumstances that prevent attendance should be communicated to NextGen Knowledge Hub as soon as reasonably possible.

However, notification of an absence does not automatically create an entitlement to a certificate.

10. Course Completion

Completion requirements may differ between programmes.

Where applicable, completion may depend on:

attendance;

participation;

completion of required activities;

completion of assignments or assessments; or

other requirements specified for the particular programme.

The applicable programme information will identify the relevant requirements.

Payment and registration alone do not constitute course completion.

11. Certificates

Where a programme includes a certificate, the certificate will be issued only after successful completion of the applicable course requirements.

Participants who remain absent or fail to meet the applicable completion requirements will not be eligible to receive the certificate.

Certificates are issued once upon successful completion.

Participants should therefore ensure that the name and other information provided during registration are accurate.

A certificate issued by NextGen Knowledge Hub represents completion or participation in the relevant NextGen Knowledge Hub programme, as applicable. It does not constitute a university degree, academic qualification, government qualification, professional licence, or accreditation unless the particular programme expressly carries such status.

12. Changes to Programme Schedule

NextGen Knowledge Hub may, where reasonably necessary, change the:

date;

time;

trainer/facilitator;

online platform;

session arrangement; or

other programme details.

Where a significant change affects registered participants, reasonable notice will be provided using the contact information supplied during registration.

13. Postponement or Cancellation by NextGen Knowledge Hub

In circumstances where NextGen Knowledge Hub is unable to conduct a programme as scheduled, we may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the programme.

Where a programme is cancelled by NextGen Knowledge Hub and no suitable alternative arrangement is accepted or available, registered participants will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where a programme is rescheduled, participants may be offered the opportunity to attend the rescheduled programme or select another available arrangement, subject to the circumstances.

14. Participant Cancellation

Participants may request cancellation of their registration in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

NextGen Knowledge Hub follows a full-refund approach for eligible cancellations, subject only to any actual, non-recoverable transaction charge imposed by a bank or payment provider, where applicable.

The detailed refund procedure is provided in the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

15. Non-Transferability of Registration

Unless NextGen Knowledge Hub provides written permission, a registration is intended for the individual participant who completed the registration.

A participant may not transfer their registration, programme access, login credentials, or training materials to another person.

Where a participant wishes to change the registered participant, they must contact NextGen Knowledge Hub before the programme begins and obtain approval.

16. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during online sessions and communications.

Participants must not:

engage in harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behaviour;

disrupt online sessions;

impersonate another participant;

record or redistribute sessions without permission;

share another participant's personal information without permission;

misuse programme materials; or

engage in unlawful activity through programme platforms.

NextGen Knowledge Hub may suspend or terminate a participant's access where serious or repeated misconduct occurs.

17. Privacy and Personal Information

Information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the NextGen Knowledge Hub Privacy Policy.

Registration information may be used to administer the programme, communicate with participants, provide authorised materials, maintain attendance and completion records, process payments, and issue certificates where applicable.

18. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for having:

a suitable device;

a stable internet connection;

an appropriate browser or application where required;

access to their registered email account; and

any other technical requirements communicated before the programme.

NextGen Knowledge Hub is not responsible for technical problems arising solely from a participant's device, internet connection, software, or local technical environment.

Where a technical problem affects the programme generally, NextGen Knowledge Hub will take reasonable steps to address the issue or communicate an appropriate alternative arrangement.

19. Accessibility and Support

Participants who require reasonable assistance relating to access to a programme should contact NextGen Knowledge Hub before or during registration where possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate assistance within the capabilities of the programme and available technology.

20. Policy Updates
